What We Make We specialize in large-diameter gears and heavy-duty transmission components: Girth Gears — up to Φ16m, serving ball mills, SAG mills, rotary kilns, and similar heavy rotating equipment across mining, cement, metallurgy, and energy sectors. Gear Shafts — up to 6m in length, module 45, in hardened-tooth configurations. High-Precision Gears — manufactured to ISO Grade 3–6 accuracy using German CNC gear grinding machines (NILES 5m, HOFLER 2.5m). High-Speed Gearboxes — for compressors, MVR evaporators, and high-speed blowers. Custom & Non-Standard Reducers — up to 150 tons, built to specific design and precision requirements.

Manufacturing Capabilities Our 100,000 m² facility houses one of China's most capable large-gear production lines: A 16m CNC gear grinding machine with integrated lapping mechanism, paired with a 16m CNC 6-axis gear hobbing machine—enabling us to complete the full girth gear machining process on a single production line. 10+ gear hobbing machines covering Φ3.15m to Φ16m. Complete in-house capabilities from blank preparation through finished product: casting (120T refining furnace, 80T EAF), forging with vacuum degassing, heat treatment (18 furnaces including carburizing, nitriding, and quenching), machining, and on-line inspection. Four material process routes—cast, forged, cast+forged+welded, forged+steel plate welded—selected according to operating conditions. Quality & Technical Edge ISO 9001 certified.
Precision to DIN Grade 6, surface hardness up to 380HB. 3,000+ engineering drawing library covering most commonly required gear models, with reverse engineering and on-site measurement services for custom applications. Warranty terms: standard 1 year / special applications 3 years / forged-welded structures up to 10 years. Full on-line inspection system for large girth gears, including meshing and lapping tests, tooth profile, tooth direction, and pitch measurement.
