Some gear components simply cannot be shipped to a manufacturer's facility for reverse engineering. The girth gear is still bolted to the mill shell. The kiln tire is supporting a 1,000-ton rotating vessel. The crusher eccentric gear is locked inside a housing that requires a week to disassemble. In these situations, the measurement must come to the equipment - not the other way around.

What we measure on-site:
✪ Girth gears: tooth profile, module, pressure angle, helix angle, pitch diameter, root diameter, backlash, and mounting bolt pattern - all captured without removing the gear from the mill
✪ Kiln tires and rollers: outer diameter, inner bore, taper, contact surface profile, and axial runout - measured while the kiln is stationary during refractory maintenance
✪ Crusher and mill internals: eccentric offset, gear tooth geometry, shaft dimensions, and bearing seat profiles - accessed through inspection ports when possible
✪ Full drive alignment: center distance, shaft parallelism, and girth gear runout - critical for diagnosing the root cause of premature gear wear
